The Forefront of Cylinder Design

With over 50 years’ experience in cylinder design, we have seen our technology change drastically over this period of time. Utilising the latest Autodesk Inventor 3D CAD software & FEA stress analysis we ensure our customers receive the finest attention to detail. We can also provide 3D models of our cylinders for our customers to use in their assemblies.

The design phase is of the utmost importance to us which is why we work very closely with our customers, getting to know the application inside-out so we can provide our expertise whilst remaining competitive on price.

Alongside our CAD software, we also run a fully integrated ERP system known as “EFACS” which controls all our factory processes including technical part data, drawings, BOMS, shop floor routings, purchasing of raw material, stock control, quality, planning & more. These modules within the system help us manage the timely delivery of our 45,000+ cylinders per year. It also retains our unit cycle times which we monitor closely on every job to ensure we deliver the most competitive prices.
