Our hydraulic hand pumps have single stroke & dual stroke capabilities typically suited to 1 tonne lifting capacity. They are fully protected against corrosion & host simple mounting via the tank.

- Control knob design to lock in / release pressure
- Polyurethane twin lip rod seal
- Metal caged polyurethane wiper to keep out maximum contamination
- PUMP HEAD: Aluminium 6082 T6 grade
- ROD: Chrome on stainless, base material stainless AISI 431 / chrome plated 20MnV6
- TANK: Manufactured from ready to use smooth bore, EN10305-2 specification, E355 steel grade. Zinc plated in yellow passivate for corrosion resistance
ALL HAND PUMPS ARE PRESSURE TESTED ON A PURPOSE-BUILT RIG TO A PRESSURE OF 350 BAR (5076 PSI) AND THEN STAMPED WITH PART NUMBER, WORKS ORDER NUMBER & DATE.
